Lucielle is Chief Strategy Officer at Emotive. Before moving to Emotive, she fulfilled the role of Executive Planning Director at GPY&R Sydney where led the Planning Department and developed a proprietary research tool to uncover human insight. It is her fascination with human behaviour that has seen her through 19yrs fulfilling senior roles in the media, marketing and advertising industry. Besides running her own strategic communications consultancy, she has worked at TBWA, Mindshare, Virgin Mobile and PlayStation. Lucielle has achieved her Chartered Marketer (CM) Designation, and was also awarded the B&T Women in Media award for Strategy in 2014. She has since been a member of the advisory panel for the Women in Media Conference. A strong believer in knowledge transfer, she has: spoken at a number of youth symposiums, contributed to a book ‘Hitchhikers Guide to Mobile’ and helped coach young talent through the Media Federation of Australia’s NGEN initiative.
